About SCI
Store
SCI Store is an
information repository that provides
clinicians with secure access to patient
information at the point of care. With
established communications interfaces with other local systems, SCI Store is
used to share:
- Patient demographics
- Laboratory investigation reports
- Radiology reports
- Treatment logs
- Clinical documents
- ADT (admissions, discharge, transfer)
Information in SCI Store is shared within and between Health Boards
SCI Store is implemented in every NHS Health Board in Scotland with over 150 third parties receiving information from the system.
In a typical month, SCI Store is actively used by over 30,000 clinicians and administrators.
