About SCI Implementation
The Implementation Team provide a "cradle to grave" service to assist sites in the selection of SCI Products, provide guidance through the implementation process and ongoing account management to sites with "live" applications.

Enquiries and Demos
If you are interested in the SCI products the first step is to contact your site contact. A list of contacts and areas are available on the Site Account Managers page. We will be happy to discuss your requirements and arrange to demonstrate the products if required.

Implementation
The Implementation Team will guide you through the organisational and technical complexities involved in implementing a new software system. The first step will be detailed discussion to establish how and where the application will be used and identify key issues which affect this. The Generic Management Plan and Generic Outpatient Implementation Plan are the models followed and will obviously be adapted to suit the requirements and timescales of individual sites.

Account Management
Once the implementation is complete, your Implementation Manager will assume an account management role. Formal review meetings will be held at agreed intervals, supported by frequent, informal contact to address issues and inform on new developments and products.
